Our pre-alert system, or Pre-Check-in, allows you to register the expected arrival of your package at our Miami warehouse. This speeds up processing and ensures faster dispatch to your final destination.

Your shipping costs include freight and customs charges. There are additional charges for special services. For example, insurance is optional and costs 1.75% of the declared value. There are also fixed costs for shipping hazardous materials (HAZMAT).

You can get an instant estimate of your shipping cost using our online quote module. Simply enter your shipment details (weight, dimensions, value, and required service) to receive an approximate quote.
What types of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) can I send and what are the charges?
For hazardous material shipments, some items must be inspected by a specialist for air transport, and a quote with additional charges must be paid before shipping. For other common items, such as perfumes, nail polish, and vehicle shock absorbers, we can transport them with an additional fee and a scheduled weekly shipment. For example, the extra cost per shock absorber is $15.
What happens if my package is damaged or lost?
It is crucial to inspect your merchandise when it is billed at our warehouse. By signing the receipt or invoice, it is understood that the item was received in good condition. If the package is damaged or lost, you can file a claim; however, if you have already picked up the item, you lose the right to claim its condition.
What is the maximum time to pick up my merchandise from the warehouse?
Your packages must be picked up within 60 days from their arrival at our Miami warehouse. After this period, packages are considered abandoned and are publicly auctioned, and you lose all rights to the merchandise.
